Ampersand Fitness Liability Waiver

Please read this Liability Waiver carefully before entering or using Ampersand Fitness facilities.

I understand that I am entering Ampersand Fitness as a guest and agree to follow staff instructions. I will not use exercise equipment or participate in fitness activities unless authorized.

I understand that entering and using a fitness facility involves inherent and reasonably foreseeable risks, including slips, trips, falls, exercise equipment, weights, and the actions of others. I voluntarily assume these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, I release and waive claims against Ampersand Fitness, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and property representatives arising from ordinary negligence related to my presence at or participation in activities at the facility. This waiver does not apply to claims that cannot legally be waived, including gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct.

I understand that this waiver applies to my current visit and to any future visits or participation at Ampersand Fitness, whether as a guest, member, participant, or otherwise. Becoming a member or participating in additional activities does not alter or invalidate this agreement.

I am responsible for my personal belongings and agree to promptly report any injury or unsafe condition to staff.
