Join Erin’s 3-Week Meditation Challenge starting March 31, 2025, through April 20, 2025! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned meditator, this challenge helps establish a consistent daily mindfulness practice—with support, accountability, and exciting prizes!


Erin's 3-week challenge is designed to introduce newbies to a daily mindfulness practice by demystifying and simplifying meditation. It also provides a sangha (community) experience for seasoned practitioners looking to connect, share, and grow with others. Erin will offer guidance, tools, and resources via weekly online meetings and will be available throughout the challenge for support and questions. Think of her as your personal accountabili-buddy, expecting check-ins every day! 😉


You’ll use any meditation app (we recommend Headspace or Insight Timer) to track your sessions. After each "sit," simply send a screenshot to Erin to log your points.


🧘‍♀️ Zoom orientation: Rules and challenge details will be explained in a Zoom session on Sunday, March 31, 2025 at 1 PM. A recording will be sent to anyone who can’t attend.


🏆 Prizes include:

  • 1st Place: Kneeling pillow + 2 tickets to the Movement & Meditation Workshop

  • 2nd Place: Start Where You Are by Pema Chödrön + 1 ticket

  • 3rd Place: 1 ticket


📊 Point System:

  • 15 minutes = 1 point

  • 20 minutes = 2 points

  • 30+ minutes = 3 points

  • Bonus: Attend a community meditation event (list provided weekly)
