6 Week Challenge

Ampersand Fitness recently completed its 6 Week Challenge, an event designed to help members push their limits and build consistent training habits. The challenge brought in strong participation from both male and female categories, with everyone showing solid commitment from start to finish.

Male Category Results

6 Week Challenge

First place winners received a $200 gym credit as part of the challenge rewards. The event helped many participants track progress, build discipline, and stay accountable through the six week period.
