Steph Duryea is a coach who brings fun, energy, and empowerment to every session. She is driven by helping people achieve things they never thought possible and feels inspired each day by teaching others and learning from her clients. Her approach focuses on uncovering what motivates each person, setting meaningful goals, and celebrating what their bodies can do.
Steph specializes in strength training, health coaching, functional mobility, boxing, kickboxing, and womens health. Outside the gym, she enjoys movies, books, fashion, the outdoors, sports, dancing, snowboarding, travel, and adventure. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and certifications from NASM, Precision Nutrition, The Health Coach Institute, and The Metabolic Effect. She is also an MPH candidate for 2026.
