Chris Julian came to the fitness world through a lifetime of swimming and yoga. He’s been a personal trainer since 2019, and focuses most on endurance work, triathlon training, and injury/surgery recovery.
He especially loves working with people who are new to gyms, and who might be intimidated by a gym environment at first. Fitness is a focus that anyone can focus on, regardless of age or previous experience. Every session of personal training should be about looking at a new page out of the user’s manual for the human body.
Chris is also a filmmaker, musician, songwriter, furniture-builder, and artist.
