We’re excited to provide a golf-specialized fitness program for the greater Seattle area. Whether you are a regular at Interbay Golf Center or Jefferson Park, our training is designed to help you play better and stay on the course longer.

Program Pricing

  • Initial Performance Screening: $150 (90-minute comprehensive evaluation)

  • Training Sessions: Pricing varies based on the number of sessions purchased
